Senior Software Engineer
As a Senior Software Engineer at SolarWinds, I architect real-time backend streaming infrastructure that powers AI-driven assistance features within the product platform. My work bridges the Java/Spring microservices world with Go-based platform services — using Server-Sent Events for responsive client streaming and gRPC for secure inter-service communication across cloud boundaries.
Software Engineer 3 (OAR / Production Engineering)
At Walmart's Global Tech division, I was embedded in the OAR (Observability, Automation & Reliability) team, owning the observability posture of Last Mile Delivery backend services. I standardized telemetry pipelines across Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk, and built automation tooling that shortened the gap between anomaly detection and triage resolution — turning manual on-call procedures into scripted, repeatable workflows.
Member Technical Staff (Java Full Stack)
As a Java Full Stack engineer at Zoho, I built core features for an enterprise Alert Management platform — including RBAC permission models, API authorization layers, rate limiting, and a webhook delivery engine that connected the platform to external notification channels. I also developed simulation tooling to validate alert processing correctness across geographically distributed data centers.
Member Technical Staff (AI Platform / Backend)
I joined Zoho's AI Platform team to accelerate internal adoption of the Speech-to-Text service. I designed and shipped a Java client SDK that standardized how product teams integrated with the speech inference API, and built Python data pipelines that converted and labelled audio datasets for model training workflows.

My foundation at Zoho was in core backend engineering — building inventory management modules and REST APIs that served multiple multi-tenant SaaS products.
